- SAP user ID getting locked while entering into SAP Module - ECP with multiple wrong password.
- Locked CSI User Account can be unlocked using RDA login at Divisional Level through IM Portal Module.
Note : If IM web portal is down, Please contact TCS Service Desk / Help Desk through Phone @ 02268775600. Call should make by the concern Official as the password has been reset after confirming the personnel details
Procedure to Unlock user Password through IM Portal
- Login as RDA in IM Portal https://im.indiapost.gov.in/identity
- Click on Users TAB then click on Unlock User Accounts
- On left side which is shown in the above image at point 3 enter Employee ID/CSI ID of the officials then click search button to view the employee details.
- Click on Select Employee by clicking the 4th point shown in the above image.
- On Next Screen Name = * (Leave as it is) no need to add after or before star as shown in below image. Note: Enter * if it is blank
- Press search button to list out the module name against the user account selected.
- Now, select the SAP R3 as End point Type then click on Unlock
- On next screen press Yes to Unlock the CSI User Account for SAP ECP Module.
- Refresh the Account to refresh the Status of Account in Server to change the status as Unlocked which is shown in last image.
