Service Desk Accessing Problem and its Solution

 

While Opening http://servicedesk.indiapost.gov.in the above mentioned error displaying in the web pages. follow the below step to over the above error.

1. Open Firefox/Chrome/Internet Explorer browser in the Sify Network

2. Enter http://servicedesk.indiapost.gov.in in the address bar

3. add :8080 at the end of the above mentioned address. It looks like

http://servicedesk.indiapost.gov.in:8080 

4. Press Enter to redirect to Service Desk Login Page.

5. Enjoy without remembering full address of service desk portal. Thank you
