- Login page will be displayed like below. Login with correct user credentials which was already shared to all divisions at the time of RICT Darpan roll out.

Click on PLI-GDS mapping. Next screen will be as shown below:User has to select correct account office. If account office is HO or SO, select from the drop down accordingly. All BOs present under the selected HO or SO will be available under drop down. If no BOs are available under selected HO or SO, then message will be shown as below:
After selecting correct Account office and BO, PLI McCamish code of the selected BO will be shown as shown below. This is disabled, user can not change the mccamish office code. If any mccamish codes needs to be changed, then contact CEPT for further action. If MCCamish code is not available , then message will be shown accordingly and user has to get the office mapping done by sharing correct CSI facility ID and PLI McCamish code of the BO with the CEPT.
After cross verifying the pli mccamish code of the selected BO, user has to enter GDS BPM or Substitute ID. For GDS BPM, it is of 8 digits and for Substitute it is 12 digit aadhaar number. User has to enter only numbers. Make sure that no extra spaces and special characters are entered. For ex: 1234-4567-8910 is not correct. If the entered GDS ID is already mapped, then message will be shown accordingly as below.
If the entered GDS IDs are correct and not already mapped, then all the information related to First name, last name will be auto populated from RSI DB. User name and GDS ID will be same and is disabled.
A message saying user data saved successfully will be shown to user.
At the end of the day, CEPT team will download a consolidated mapping file saved in this portal and share with FSI for batch execution. Once batch execution is successfully, all user mapping will be done successfully. Next day, DO OA can login into McCamish to check if the mapping is done or not. Or in the same portal itself, OA can check by entering the GDS or Substitute ID. If mapping is done successfully, then it will show the office code to which user is mapped. If mapping is not done, user information will be shown and no message related to mapping will be visible. To check mapping in mccamish, follow below steps.
