Aadhaar Enrolment Client - pre sync failed after onboarding


Pre Sync failed error due to below common issue & common checks:
  • Please check system time is set and synced to internet time, antivirus & firewall is disabled.
  • All the services are running, Client two step registration is done, .Net framework and SMB services are turned on.

Advanced Check:

Sometimes. station shown in status 1 while checking Two step, but while checking EA, Reg and station combo, we will see no SR raised for that two step, this is due to some glitch in db.

In this case, we are asking to de-register manually, re-register and perform two step again.
