ATM Issue Problem due to 12 Digit Account Number:
Solution:
- Invoke CCMM Command in Finacle
- Enter Customer CIF ID
- Click On Go Button
- Now, Click on searcher 🔍against Account Number
- Then Select Account Number instead Of typing the account number
- Now Fill All Other Mandatory Fields & Click on Submit
- Issue Resolved.
Please Click on searcher against Account Number (inside CCMM menu), then click on account number instead of typing the account number
