Subject: New Product launch and initiatives by India Post Payments Bank
Respected Madarn/Sir,
Department of Posts through the platform of India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has rolled out various Citizen-centric services including financial services e.g. AePS, Digital Life Certificate (Jeevan Pramaan Certificate (JPC)) & Payments services. These initiatives have garnered a lot of praise for the Department and its role in providing such services at the last mile has been duly acknowledged by all quarters. Continuing the good work IPPB is now geared up to launch several other such products and services.
2. The purpose of this communication is to provide brief introduction to the said Products, Services, and Initiatives briefly to set the right perspective and expectations from these new developments. These initiatives are opening up the doors for new forays into the banking, digital and fintech world and creating new opportunities for Department of Post servicing the customers more efficiently through the platform of IPPB.
3. The products launched recently or in pipeline by IPPB mentioned in Annexure - A (list of products & services) and the detailed features of the product is enclosed in Annexure - B.

4. Therefore, I have been directed to request all circles to provide the support on the following points in coordination with IPPB branches to help achieve better realization of the service objectives
- Timely completion of End user training for various products.
- Maximum End-users activation for IPPB products and services.
- Bulk business via scheduling regular camps/melas/weekly login days/Maha login days etc in circles.
- Monitoring circle performance at each level in coordination with IPPB officials
