Issue ATM Card in Finacle without error

Error while issuing ATM card in Finacle

Ensure the below before issuing ATM card to the Customer in CMRC menu.

1. Whether number of characters in First Name, Middle Name and Last name columns are less than 35 characters each? 
2. Whether special characters and numbers in all the name fields at CIF level are checked and removed? 
3. Whether number of characters are less than 35 in Address Line 1, 2 and 3 at CIF level?

If in case of any issue please rectify the problem using Postal Assistant user and the same to be verified by the Supervisor immediately.

Procedure to Issue Insta/ Personalised card through Finacle

1. Invoke CCMM menu.
2. Issue ATM Card by selecting the action type as New Card Request.
3. Once the card issued, the card will be activated automatically by completion of EOD if it is Insta Card otherwise activation should be done by the concern SOL
