While log into IPPB Mobile Application, the customers getting an error message as Your Mobile Banking Access has been deactivated as your mobile number is linked to multiple accounts. Please visit nearest IPPB Office or Postman to update or authenticate your mobile number.
What does it mean?
It means the mobile number linked with two or more IPPB Account Number. In such cases, the customer who linked the mobile number with his/her account recently is only valid and others are invalid. One CIF one Mobile is implemented in IPPB.
Hence, visit nearest IPPB center or contact your postman for further update..
