 Download HTTUM File Conversion Tool by PoTools

• Run the file ‘HTTUM Tool.exe’. Select ‘Credit / Debit’ option and then the option (Salary / Pension / McCamish).
• Enter your SOLID. Then, click on ‘Covert’ option. Select the excel file needs to be uploaded. The excel file will be converted into Finacle format and message mentioning the file name /no. of accounts along with total amount included in text file. Please ensure the total amount in the converted text file

If the excel file is not in the required format, the conversion will fail and error message will be displayed. Required corrections should be made in excel file and then conversion has to be done using the new excel file.

• Download HTTUM from PoTools for latest, error free & updated  version.
• Enter SOLID (should be 8digits)
• Select Function type either Credit or Debit
• Select Sub Function type either Salary/pension or McCamish(PLI/RPLI)
• Select Remarks or enter remarks as you want to uploaded in the transaction description column.
• Click convert and choose the Excel File Format (*.xls or *.xlsx)
• Once the conversion is completed without error note, the converted file stored at source file location.
• Location will be displayed in the result screen.
