About New Session & Session Management in Internet Explorer for accessing DOP Finacle

Already session is available Issues Logout from the the login in User. in finacle while login is not an error it is an message to explain to the user login session is still exist. Hence, user new session to override the above message

Method 1: To access New Session in Internet Explorer (IE)

a)  Press Alt on your keyboard

b)  Click File

c)  Click New Session

Method 2: 

Alternatively you could use keyboard shortcuts Alt + F to open the File menu and “i” to select New Session. So Alt + F then the letter I on your keyboard

Method 3:

a)   Go to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer. Right Click to the IE icon to create an IE shortcut on the desktop;

b)   Right click the shortcut and go to Properties

c)   Append “-nomerge” into the Target field. The complete command becomes: “C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe” –nomerge

Note: If user closes the browser window, this is not sufficient to ensure that the session is terminated. If the user had another window open in the same session, then that window would still effectively be logged in. However, if the user clicks "Log Out" in the application this will terminate the session and user can again login ProviderOne to open a new session.
