Yes. Change in procedure for generation of LOTs and Consolidation communicated vide  SB Order 34/2020 dated 07.10.2020 w.e.f.10.10.202034/2020.

What is the reason behind the launch date 10.10.2020?

The only reason is 10.10.2020 is the Postal Savings Banking Day. Hence, the Directorate has planned to launch the same on POSTAL SAVINGS BANKING DAY in Postal Week. Hope this will reduce the paper as well as timing for processing reports.
