Mobile Banking Access Deactivated in IPPB. What Next?

Error Code: your mobile banking access has been deactivated as your mobile number is linked to multiple accounts. Please visit nearest IPPB office or postman to update / authenticate your mobile number which is missing. Please contact Help Desk.

Many User facing the similar issue due to linking of mobile number in multiple CIFs which means, Same Mobile number given for opening of IPPB Account. As per Latest IPPB Instructions, ONE MOBILE ONE CIF

What Next?
Unique Mobile number - One Mobile Number to one Person should be linked through Micro ATM Application or IPPB Finacle.

Incase one mobile linked with multiple CIF, the accessible of IPPB account has been denied. 

In IPPB finacle, Invoke CNFTM menu for modify the Phone number in Account level.
