Aadhaar OTA Client Error and Solution for OTA Error
Aadhaar Client updation process is automated whenever new version is available in the Server, the OTA client Update check the updates in Server and starts download automatically. Once the download is completed, the Update is also processing silently.In very few cases,
the replace of OTA Client is failed to various reasons. hence, the following error occurs during startup Enrolment client application
unable to contact or invalid response from OTA update client Service, Please start from system services and launch application again
Lets see how to fix the issue.
1. Go to Run > Services.msc
2. Stop Aadhaar OTA Update Client Service
3. This PC local Disk C > UID Authority of India > Aadhaar Enrolment client > Bin4. Rename Existing file ouc and ouc-updated into ouc_old and ouc-updated_old
5. Copy ouc file from
C > UID Authority of India > Aadhaar Enrolment client > Seed > Aadhaar*.zip >bin>ouc-updated.exe
Paste twice inside the
Local Disk C > UID Authority of India > Aadhaar Enrolment client > Bin
rename file as ouc.exe and ouc-updated.exe
6. Start Aadhaar OTA Update Client Services now.
