  • How can I become the contractual customer for sending International shipments?
The bulk customer choosing to become contractual customer shall have to apply to designated authority in the prescribed format. The contractual customer then shall have to enter into an agreement with the designated authority. On getting approval, the customer shall have to fulfill the requisite conditions for becoming a contractual customer and availing the credit facility.
  • Does India Post provide free pick up from the premise?
Free pick up facility is currently available for contractual customers.
  • How can I make a complaint in case of any delay or loss of my International Speed Post (EMS)?
In case of any delay or loss of International Speed Post (EMS) Complaint can be made either via India Post Website under ‘Help and Support’ option or through toll free complaint no. 1800-11-2011. Complaint can also be made in concerned post office.

These are “End to End” delivery standards for outbound articles booked in cities with OEs i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Kochi. For articles booked at other locations, the timelines as per domestic speed post service standards will be added.
