Sub: - Schedule of Online Training for the months of August & September, 2020 by PTC Saharanpur.

Sir/Madam,

This is regarding conduct of Online Training by PTC Saharanpur during the months of August & September, 2020.

2. PTC Saharanpur is conducting online training/workshop during the months of August & September, 2020 as per Annexue-1. The online training will be conducted through C-DOT (Centre for development of Telematics) Video Conferencing Solution, developed by Telecom Technology Centre of Govt. of India.

2.1. The allotment of seats for each and every M.C.D.P Courses (PA/SA) and one day Workshops mentioned in Annexure-1 are as under:

3. It is requested to send the Circle wise consolidated nominations by 25.07.2020, furnishing the following information in soft copy by email at dydirectorptc@yahoo.in :

4. The nominated officials should be exclusively spared for the said training/workshop. To attend the online training, the officials should have laptop/desktop with inbuilt camera/web camera with uninterrupted connectivity during the online training sessions. 

5. The Quick User Guide and Instructions for attending the C-DOT meetings are enclosed as Annexure-2 for ready reference of the participants. The detailed information will also be shared to the nominated participants through whatsapp and demo session one day before the schedule of the particular course. Kindly ensure full utilization of seats. 

6. This issues with the approval of competent authority.
