IPPB Finacle Command CAEPS || Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service

CAEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service (AePS) transactions)

AePS means performing following basic banking services from aadhaar linked bank account using bio-metric authentication.

Cash Withdrawal Process for both IPPB & non-IPPB customers:

(Click on OK if User does not have sufficient privilege to view details error is shown & click on No option once again)

Enter customer Mobile Number (Need not be mobile number linked to bank account)
Enter Customer Name
Click on Generate OTP
Enter OTP in OTP Number column & Click on Validate OTP
Click on OK
Select Function as Cash Withdrawal
Enter customer Aadhaar Number or Aadhaar Virtual ID
Enter first few alphabets of bank name in IIN Number column. (Abbreviation should not be entered. e.g SBI should be entered as State Bank of India)
Click on Searcher & Click on IIN Number
Enter Transaction Amount
F.P (Finger Print) Device make: Select correct bio-metric device model
Tick Check Box
Click on Capture Finger Print & capture customer bio-metric
Click on Go
Refer top left screen for transaction status. (Cash should be given to customer, only if transaction status is shown as Success)

Pull Money means direct transfer of amount into IPPB account from other bank account using AePS
Enter CAEPS command
Select Yes for Are You IPPB Customer option
Select any one unique identifier from Aadhaar No./ QR Card No./ CIF ID / Mobile No. & enter number in Unique ID column
Click on Fetch Details
Select Authentication Mode: either Bio-metric or OTP
