IM Portal is used to Reset the Password of IAM User which is used in the Various Application like SAP, Service Desk, Employee Portal, Back Office and POS Application, Domain Password and also IM Portal.
Back Office and POS Applications are Offline Module which will receive the IAM user from the Central Server to local Server based on modification of User. Whenever changes occurs in the User / Facility of the concern user, the IAM modification files automatically pushed to the local server of the concern facility with the validity of transfer period. 
On expiry of validity of the temporary facility transferred official, the local server does not allow to login into Back Office or POS Application.

Identity Portal migrated to secured portal during May 2020. Hence the latest URL Mentioned above is only accessible at present.
Note : The IM Portal is only accessible through Sify Network
