How to do Cash Deposit in Customer Account at Finacle Counter?

CTM (Cash Deposit/Withdrawal and other Financial Transactions)

CTM - Custom Transaction Maintenance
Customer Details can be fetched using the below mentioned Authentication Type :

  1. Mobile Number
  2. Aadhaar Number
  3. Customer ID
  4. QR Code

Once the customer details fetched, Authentication should be done for to do transactions
1. Biometric
2. OTP

Counter PA should identify by verifying the customer documents mentioned below

  1. Aadhaar Card
  2. PAN Card
  3. Driving License
  4. Passport
  5. Voter ID
  6. NREGA Job card certified by Govt. Official.

Transaction Process

  • Enter CTM command
  • Select any one unique identifier from Aadhaar No./ QR Card No./ CIF ID / Mobile No. & enter unique identifier number in Unique ID column
  • Click on Fetch Details
  • Check Customer Type (Only OTP option will work If non-eKYC is showing)
  • Check Customer ReKYC Status
  • Click on Do ReKYC (Mandatory, if status is showing as Pending)
  • Complete ReKYC process & come back to CTM command

(Refer CREKYC command in this document for ReKYC process)

  • Select Authentication Mode: either Bio-metric or OTP

(Follow below steps if Bio-metric option is selected)

  • F.P (Finger Print) Device make: Select correct bio-metric device model
  • Click on Capture Finger Print & capture customer bio-metric
  • Click on Go

(Follow below steps if OTP option is used)




  • Click on Generate OTP
  • Click on OK if customer identity is verified
  • Enter OTP in OTP Number column & Click on Validate OTP
  • Click on GO
