How to Cancel the articles or eMO Booking in RICT Device

Is it possible to cancel the Demo Booking transactions like Speed, Register, eMO Transaction through RICT device?

Yes. It is possible to cancel the transactions immediately if wrongly booked through RICT device.

Moreover, the transmission of data between Central Server and RICT device happens once in 30 minutes. The cancellation is not possible if the data has been transferred to Central Server.

How to Cancel any Transaction (within 30 minutes of Booking)

1. Under DEMO BOOKING App touch on Search/Cancel/Duplicate option.
2. Which article you desire to cancel go to Article type option then select the appropriate Article type (like as eMO,RL,SP), after that scan the Article or eMO. ( you may also enter the article/eMO number through keyboard)

3. Then touch on Search icon just right hand side of Article/eMO number.

4. If Article/eMO Status, shown as “Booked”, then touch on Cancel Transaction option at bottom.

Remember that, if the article / eMO Status is Booked, then you can cancel it; otherwise you cannot cancel, if it’s status shown by the system as “transmitted”.

5. Then Device will show this message "Do you want to Cancel this transaction?". Touch on Ok, the transaction will be canceled. Then touch on back arrow you can take print of Cancelled Transaction also
