Finacle Accessibility and LSB Utilization Normalised by Sify on receipt of Renewal Agreement

Dear Friends,
All are aware that the high fluctuation is noticed in the existing postal sify network for the past three weeks due to LSB utilization problem as the network vendor M/s Sify Technologies has reduced the accessibility. This is the sudden implementation done by the Sify due to non renewal of Agreement by DOP.

In this regard, an article published in PoTools Blog on 29.06.2020 (link mentioned below), further the FNPO on 06.07.2020 and the TN circle union on 08.07.2020  raise the issue to Directorate


However, the Network renewal agreement processed at Directorate level and finalised between DOP and Sify which means the contract agreement has been extended. Hence, the Sify increases the accessibility as per Agreement with DOP. Henceforth, the common fluctuation in the Network being normalized in all the Post Office. Finacle is also working normally without slowness. If any office facing the slowness  issue or drops in their network please raise the ticket through Service Desk to get immediate solution from sify.
