Employee to Post Tagging in SAP HR Module

TCode : ZHR_RHINTE00

• Sometimes even after running ZHR_RHINTE00 the post will be still vacant.
• When you have executed ZHR_RHINTE00, two times enter , two times back if you get the screen below.

The encircled Error “No session found with status ‘New’ or ‘Error’

This means there is no background process in SAP to execute your request right now. You have to wait for some time and execute again your ZHR_RHINTE00.

NOTE: You need to hit enter button two times and the F3 button two times. Please follow the same process and wait after hitting each button for the screen to process. 

The vacant post id should be seen as Filled in ZHR_ERDETAILS. The process takes some time. After the above process just wait for some time to check ZHR_ERDETAILS since the tagging happens in form of jobs. If there are lots of jobs, your job will be held in queue for the processor to be free to take it up.
