Length of Facility ID is 13 Digit Start with short code of Office Type which is BO/HO/DV/SV/MO/RM/RO/CO & 11 Digit Number
Post Text
Post Text is Predefined which is already configured in SAP. This can be select from Drop down or Type Correct defined Text which is available in the drop down or in SAP Module
Count
Count Column refers the number of Posts for the particular Post Text in the facility. If the count is 5 in the GDS Mailman under MO325500000551, ZHR_ERCREATE will create the 5 number of GDS Mailman Posts unde the Facility mentioned above.
Post Creation is the very easiest process. The creation of Posts should be invoked by the user after getting proper approval from the concern authority.
