Yes. Yes is the answer for all the questions mentioned in the subject. Because, the continuous fluctuation or drops noticed in all the Offices for the past two weeks.

Hence, the accessing of Finacle, McCamish or SAP, DPMS, IM Portal or any other web portal  relates to India Post through Sify Network is slow. This is because of expire of License between DOP and Sify Network.

Whats is happening in the backend?
Due to license renewal issue, Sify has limited the System Access through Sify Network and Supports in many streams also stopped temporarily in many circle. 
It is ascertained that the renewal of NI contract between Sify and DOP being processed at Directorate Level and yet to be finalised.

Due to the above, Postal Employees and Customers are affected badly. Hence, It is kindly requested to process the NI Agreement with Network Vendor as early as possible. Meanwhile, the present NI vendor should be instructed to allow maximum DOP System in order to avoid network drops.

While PING 8.8.8.8 there is no drops. But while ping the DNS of Sify, CBS or McCamish DNS - Request timed out is noticed frequently due to non allowing of all system through Sify Network.

Hence, Union Leaders should take the issue to the next level to resolve issue so as the working environment is feasible and enabling all services without interruption.
