Expanding the CSC Services to up to the Norm Based LSG Post Office.
This is regarding delivery of Citizen centric Service from Post Office which has started from 22 Post Offices on 4.05.2020. As per the recommendation of Group secretaries to the cabinet secretariat. It is planned to expand this to 6000 Post Office (up to norm based LSG Level)
2. The pilot has reflected successful accounting of any transactions through the wallet in CSI and small teething problems are getting rectified also
In order to ton board other Post Offices, it is proposed to create Circle-wise Sub Admins for User Manangement operation within each circle. The details of identified circle Admin, who had attended the training at PTC, Mysuru may be formwared in the proforma attached.
In addition, the list of offices and the specific counter, including the operators details may kindly be kept ready in the same format as mentioned in para 3 above, as they would be required for on boarding these offices for discharding CSC services from POs.
A Soft copy of the list of Offices and Operators may be sent to Directorate for information by 26.05.2020
