Deletion of CSI user ID in SAP

CSI user ids should not be deleted from the database either on superannuation, or on VRS or Death or Removed from Department or Transferred out of department.

The concerned authority needs to show the incident of the happening in 

TCode: PA40 

or in 

TCode : PA30

The action for superannuation is "Final Separation". The start date will be the date next to the date of incident. Then a vacancy position for the post will be created from that date.
