Payroll Process Issues in Post Offices & Its Solution

SAP Module being used by India Post to generate PayRoll to all the Officers, Officials and Staff in Department of Posts after implementation of CSI since 2019.

It is seen that many DDOs wail till live run to make correction in the payroll data. Due to this reason the Payroll Process gets delayed. The monthly payroll process is takes upto 4 to 5days for completion. Therefore, the Off-cycle Payments for the month needs to be stopped early.
