Many of our Colleagues have raised query regarding get refund from Recovered one day salary for PM Cares in view of COVID 19 outbreak.
DOP has issued OM regarding Donation of one Day's Salary to PM Cares Fund vide Directorate Letter no.Z-92011/25/2020-Coord./O and M dated 03.04.2020. In this OM, All the DDOs will deduct the amount equal to One day salary of Officers and Staff except who have given the objection by 8th April 2020.
As per DOP OM dated 03.04.2020 : Last date for submission of objection is 08.04.2020
DOP has issued revised OM on the same subject vide letter no.Z-92011/25/2020-Coord./O and M dated 03.04.2020, regarding withdraw amount equal to one day salary of Officers and Staff except those who have given unwillingness for deduction by 11th April 2020 and deposit the amount in the PM Cares by 15th April 2020.
As per Revised DOP OM dated 07.04.2020 : Last date for submission of unwillingness is 11.04.2020
The one day salary of all the Officers and Staff have been deducted on 15th April 2020 as per unwillingness given by 11th April 2020. Hence, Refund of Recovered one day salary is not possible to get it back. The unwillingness submitted by the officers or staff after 11.04.2020 was not entertained and ignored by the DDOs.
