Gujarat Circle • CBS CPC Ahmedabad || Instruction Regarding Timely Completion Of EOD Due To Current Situation Of COVID-19

As per Directorate guidelines EOD of all the offices should be completed before 17.00 hrs and these instructions are given to all the Divisions repeatedly.

Still some Offices/Divisions are delaying EOD beyond guidelines issued by Directorate which is highly irregular.

CPC (CBS) is situated at Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad is placed in Red Zone.

Movement ofany person is restricted from 7.00 P.M. to 7.00 A.M. by Government.

So,

All the Divisional Heads are requested to ensure that EOD of all the offices under their jurisdiction is completed by 17.00 hrs everyday without fail so that CPC can complete Circle Level steps of EOD by 18.00 hrs and staff of CPC can reach home within timeline allowed by Government.
