Sub: Time schedule for the closure of Annual Accounts for the Year 2019-20 In continuation of this Directorate letter of even No. dated 24 03.2020 and 09.04.2020 on the above mentioned subject, this is to inform that the period for supplementary —I is opened till 1800 hours on 25.04.2020 in CSI. The guidelines/instructions to be adhered for posting of SY-I transactions are furnished below: 

• PAOs to post all unposted transaction, and supplemental-) —I transactions (As mentioned in time schedule) in CSI.
• Circles to instruct all DDOs to transfer all credit balances under the GL8844600363 to the respective GLs in CSI. Directorate letter No PA/BK-UPLI/2019-20/3161 to 3212 dated 17.03.2020 may be referred in this regard. PAOs to ensure this. 
• CEPT/Circles to ensure that transactions which are not posted in F&A due to sync issue with POS counter and RICT shall be posted in CSI. 
• While posting the transactions in CSI, date of transaction may be selected as 31.03.2020 under 13. period. 
• TCS shall provide the list of transactions posted in 13 period DDO wise/HOA wise to concern PAOs latest by 26.04.2020. 
• PAOs shall post the list of transactions DDO wise/HOA wise through manual TE in PFMS. The timeline as mentioned in the time schedule shall be adhered.
• All the duties shall he treated as essential services.
