Salary and CEA Allowance to be Mae in the Salary  and OAE. Payment of in respect of other allowances such as salary arrears, LTS, Leave Encashment etc., may not be made during the period April to June 2020 without prior approval

• Medical Treatment - Advance Payment Only in emergency cases may be made.
• DTE, RRT, Publication and other charges - Expenditure may be stopped.
• Office Expenses - Expenditure may be incurred only on committed liabilities which can not be avoided. However, any arrears for previous period may be deferred till further orders.No expenditure may be incurred under sub-head 'special contingencies' during 1st quarter (April to June 2020
• Wages, Professional Services - Expenditure may be incurred only for outsourced staff and casual staff during the period.
