All DDOs having staff working in Departmental Canteens.
Due to the issue of non availability of correct Org.key for Departmental Canteen staff, they have been mapped to Head of Account:"OTHERS". which has lead to parking of expenditure of departmental Canteen staff to GL other than 3060022000.
This will impact the Budget of other Heads of Account.
Therefore all DDOs who are having Departmental canteen staff and whose expenditure is to be shown under the Head 3060022000, but is not shown, may identify the GL in which the expenditure from 03/2019 to 02/2020 is parked. On confirming this, and also after confirming that rectification entry is not already made, may effect an entry now in FB 50, for the FY 2019-20
Debit : 3060022000 (correct GL)
Credit : GL ( identified as incorrectly parked)
Who ever has already made an entry may please do not duplicate the action.
