Issues Reported From Various Field Units Pertaining To Inability To Login To PoS || Checks To Be Performed By The Field Users & RDA While Performing Password Reset In IDAM Portal & Facility Transfer Operation in SAP Application

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is regarding issues reported from various field units pertaining to inability to log in to PoS application in connection with:

a.After resetting of password in IAM portal

b. after facility transfer / permanent transfer operation in SAP application.

Please find CEPT prepared annexure on check points for actions to be performed from IDAM end.
