It is proposed to migrate to the new software provided by Origin ACD IT Solutions Pvt Ltd for processing of cheques through CTS with effect from 16.03.2020. In this regard, it is hereby intimated that
1. All the Inward and Outward processing of cheques should be done through the existing software of Vsoft solutions upto 13.03.2020 only.
2. No cheques should be scanned on 14.03.2020.
3. Both the inward and outward processing should be done in the new software from 16.03.2020 in the URL provided below:

URL for Inward: sgpo-inw.oisclouds.co.in
4. It should be ensured that the compatible drivers are installed for the scanners in all the Head Post Offices..
5. No outward cheque should be scanned on 14.03.2020. From 16.03.2020, outward cheque scanning should be done in the new software only.
6. The cheques scanned on 13.03.2020, the return file will be available in Origin software and not in Vsoft software.
7. The userid and password for the HOs will be shared once it is received from Origin Solutions.
