Subject: Cadre controlling functions in respect of unabsorbed Group C&D employees working various Telecom Circles, Maintenance regions etc of BSNL

The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the matters with regard to issuance of retirement/struck off order, granting NOC for abroad and permission for acquiring immovable and movable property in respect of a unabsorbed or DoT Optee Group C/D employees may be dealt and decided by the Director (Estt.) nominated in concerned Telecom Circle as per extant rules/instructions issued by Government of India.

2. The above-mentioned instructions may be conveyed to the Head of various Telecom Circles, Maintenance Regions, Telecom Factories etc so that necessary action on afore-said issues may be settled at Circle/SSA level.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
