Respected Sir/Madam,

This is regarding availability of Article Tracking Reports in India Post Portal for the bookings done by Contractual/BNPL/Registered Customers.

The new reports can be accessed by logging into India Post Portal under the following menu:

Go to Menu=>Tools=>Tracking Report.

As a prerequisite, the BNPL/Contractual /Registered Customers have to generate User ID in India Post Portal.

1. Reports can be generated for the following article types: (i) Speed Post (ii) Parcel (iii) RL (iv) Money Order.

2, Reports can be generated for a booking date range of 5 days.

3. The output data/reports can be viewed on the screen or downloaded as a CSV file.
