Submission of DOB difference if more than 3years || Format

Dear All,

Please  Accept DoB (if more than 3 years also) and Gender mismatch cases with only valid documents notified by UIDAI... 

Please inform the residents to send details by post to below mentioned UIDAI Regional Office address

They should send the application (DoB/Gender) (format attached) along with self attested photocopies (xerox) like Enrolment Ack. slip, Aadhaar letter and original proof for DoB for DoB cases and Enrolment Ack. form and Aadhaar letter is enough for Gender mismatch cases

Please note name should match exactly with the proof as per Aadhaar while updating DoB and Gender (Including letters)....

 We will verify the documents  and will recommend to UIDAI Tech. Center to reprocess the EIDs (if rejected).

Important note: Please Don't guide the residents to approach directly to Regional office Bengaluru in person for this DoB and Gender mismatch issues in Aadhaar..... 

Please share only 1947 help desk number or RO Bangalore grievance number 080-22340865....do not share other RO landline numbers to the residents...

Supporting documents for DoB:-

 1. Birth Certificate

 2. SSLC Marksheet        

 3. Passport

 4. Certificate of Date of Birth issued by Group A Gazette Officer on letterhead

 5. PAN Card

 6. Mark sheet issued by any Government Board or University

 7. Government Photo Id Card / Photo identity card issued by PSU containing DoB

 8. Central/State Pension Payment Order

 9. Central Government Health Service Scheme Photo Card or Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme Photo card

RO has stopped accepting by mail for DoB and Gender issues

Format to be submitted to UIDAI RO when difference in DOB greater than 3 years
