Kindly update the startek biometric device drivers in all systems where IPPB finacle is working. This activity is required to be mandatorily done before 29th Dec 2019. This is as per the instruction from UIDAI . For further procedure follow below steps and SOP has been attached with this mail for your reference:
Fresh RD Service installation guide with Link

Request to download the driver from given link and follow the next step after driver installation process.
Step 1: Please uninstall older Rd service setup files (1. ACPL FM220 RD 2. ACPL FM220 Support Tools for RD)
Step 2: Restart computer (Necessary).
Steps 3: Now please install New FM220 RD service setup files(RD service and support tools) in computer/laptop from below link:

Step 4: Refer attached PDF file and follow instructions for "How to register device in RD service"
During the installation please give only NEXT & FINISH, don't click on 'Cancel' Button.
And restart the system
Make sure to perform all the steps written above. Driver Installation procedure in the PC.
