Deleting excess post(s) in CSI - SAP

The concerned authority will remove the post, when the existing post is abolished or redeployed to other office by using the Tcode ZHR_REMOVEPOST

Here:

Object ID: the post post id which need to be delimited, which can be obtained using zhr_erdetails; Delimitation date: Form when the post is going to delimited.

After feeding the Object ID & Delimitation date select "Test" check box to ensure whether the post is vacant or not. Now deselect the "Test" check box and click on execute button, to remove the excess post.

If there are more than one excess posts to be deleted, upload the post ids using text file or copy from clipboard option.
