Inquiry under CCS(CCA) RULES,1965 [Tips]

Inquiry under CCS(CCA) RULES,1965.... Tips

Dear friends ,
I would like to refresh about the concept of Nature of Proof required in the Rule 14 Inquiry under CCS(CCA)Rules,1965.(which all of you already know).

We should note the point that the nature of proof required in the Deptl.Proceedings is not .. that much ....not that standard of proof ....like proof beyond reasonable doubt..as required in the criminal cases(judicial).

In the deptl case , the standard of proof is based on "Preponderence of probabilities" ,on the evaluation of evidence, (taking into account .. violation of rules etc)

In the Criminal cases.... tried by the COURTS(JUDICIAL)..the proof required is Proof beyond Reasonable doubt. ..

In the Criminal cases , the charge has to be proved beyond reasonable doubt (where the Indian Evidence Act is strictly &meticulously applied).

Therefore,We have to be clear about the standard of proof , in the evaluation of evidence , in the Deptl Proceedings(RULE14 INQUIRY ....CCS(CCA)RULES..... ).
