1. Minimum 5 years of regular service.
2. Max 40 years of age. For SC/ST 45 years of age.
3. PA, SA, LSG, Steno Grade II are eligible.
4. Max chances 4. For SC/ST/APS 4+2=6.
5. PM grade I also eligible.
