Standard Operating Procedure for Conversion of Digital Basic Saving Bank Account into SB Account in DOP

The following process is proposed for e-KYC account scheme conversion:

1. Scheme conversion can be opened at –

• Desktop Access Point

2. Eligibility for converting e-KYC account scheme from DGBSBA to SBIPB / SBDOP

a. IPPB Staff 

b. Staff on direct contract with IPPB, but benefits will be applicable till the employee’s tenure  with IPPB.

c. DoP staff whose CSI ID is maintained in the IPPB database.
