Procedure to be followed while SAP is down

A simple excel sheet is developed for generating barcode for article numbers. Steps to be followed :

1. Download above files into your system.

2. Copy and paste IDAutomation file into C -- windows -- fonts folder.

3. Open BarcodedDeliveryslip excel file (already downloaded) 

4. Type ofc name, beat no and date 

5. Go on scanning articles in column B ONLY.. Don't change or alter any columns

6. Barcode will be automatically generated beside article numbers 

7. Take print out and may be used as delivery slip
