Dear Madam,
This is regarding non reflection of bag details in DARPAN devices. It is observed that bags are closed in account offices without generating BO slips in the CSI system. BO slip generation by the account offices in the CSI system is mandatory to enable BOs to work on DARPAN CSI App.
A list of 264 BOs which did not generate BO slips in the CSI system as per the dates indicated against each account office is attached.
Closing and sending bags to BOs without generating BO slips in the SO in the CSI system is of no use as far as DARPAN CSI App is concerned.
It is requested to instruct all account offices which have been rolled out in the CSI system to generate BO slips for all BOs rolled out under DARPAN CSI App on a daily basis without fail.
Unless this exercise is meticulously done DARPAN CSI App cannot be optimally utilized.
