Clarification on the matter of transfer/posting of Indian Postal Service(IPoS), Group A Officers

I am directed to refer to letter no.4-2/2019-SPG dated 14th March 2019 received from Ministry of Communication on the subject cited and to clarify that transfer / posting of India Postal Service Group 'A' Officers may be carriedout during the period of model code of conduct subject to the condition that they are not directly connected with the conduct of election and no officer deputed for election related work should be transferred till 23th May 2019
