IPPB Bio-metric Device configuration

Mandra Device registration to be done only through public network(other than India Post). Hence, the mobile/dongle network should be enabled before start installation till completion.

Once the above installation completed, the following configuration should be done in Internet Explorer and the listed sites should be added into trusted sites.
