Internet Explorer has stopped working in Windows 7/8/10

Internet Explorer version 8 or version 9 or version 11 has stopped working in the PCs available in Post Offices due to infection of malwares. Hence follow the below instructions available in the video and recover internet explorer for smooth functioning.
