By hiring Officials from department of Posts 

We are mortgageing our own business 

By going deputation ourself becoming broker for above mortgage

And creating a virtual vacuum in manpower ( deputed strength still counted as working strength of postal department) 

So we can't recruit people in postal department 

So we have to work with less staff as already we r working with shortage of manpower.

And lastly we will loose our trusted customer base.

Now if u observe closely they are recruiting executive staff and hiring operative staff from postal department
