Clarification on instructions issued by Directorate / ATM Unit for issuance of instant ATM / Debit Cards by SOLs

Instant ATM Kits should not be opened by DOP staff. It should be opened only by the concerned customer. Further, SOLs should not issue ATM/Debit Cards to SB account holders without their consent/presence and also should not dispatch the ATM Kits to depositors address which may lead to fraud/misappropriation.
