Issues with Report in BNPL Parcel Software

we are not able to take Print out of BNPL Parcel Software Report without installation of pre-requisite installation. It may shows an error message like shown in below

Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Solution

• SAP Crystal Run Time is the pre- requisite for BNPL Report Generation.
• Download Crystal RunTime from PoTools
• Install the same in BNPL Parcel Software installed machine to generate report.
