Relaxation for Rule-38 transfer in c/w bifurcation

Today General Secretary and Circle Secretary met Secretary Department of Post and submitted a letter seeking one time relaxation for Rule 38 transfer to the officials who applied Andhra to Telangana circle and vice versa. Secretary promised to consider the issue.

" All Divisional secretaries of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Circle are requested to guide the concerned officials to make a representation to Directorate for getting relaxation for Rule-38 transfer from one circle to another circle as a special case".
